Pinnacle's machinery includes CNC turning equipment accommodating parts up to 80" in diameter (see our equipment list).  In addition, our state-of-the-art CNC milling capabilities allow us to create a wide range of parts from our 22" x 16" Fadal Vertical Machining Center (VMC) to our large 100" x 48" Cincinnati Horizontal Machining Center (HMC).  Pinnacle also has high-speed, dual-pallet Makino HMCs with capacities to 49" x 41". 

 To further meet customer needs requiring extremely low tolerances, Pinnacle utilizes the Mitsubishi Wire EDM, Moore jig bore and Devlieg jig mill.  Our broad range of equipment is operated by expert personnel with years of experience across a wide spectrum of industry segments.

Pinnacle works with essentially all machinable materials from simple aluminums, steels, and stainless steels, to more exotic materials such as titanium, inconel, nickel, hastelloy, and molybdenum. We are experts in the machining of castings, forgings, and weldments. Our completely temperature controlled shop allows us to machine to exacting tolerances, even when working with plastics and other unstable materials.
